ica_90 (I am celebrating right now 'cause at last, I found her lj account. :D ) She might be wondering right now why she's tagged here. :D Hi! I was inspired by your fic. :) I read it at archiveofourown site and I thought I should write a fic related to it. XD This is not really a continuation of your fic.. this is more like a whole new story X'D I used Ohno's reason on breaking up and some of Nino's words when they were inside the elevator.
People fall in love. People fall out of love. People fall in love again. And the cycle goes on. Between two people, one would feel guilt for falling out of love and one would feel betrayed and hurt. It is a cycle that people cannot stop from happening. There will always be someone who would feel hurt, someone who would feel guilt or someone who would feel regret. One would blame the other or one would blame one's self. It is how human is. It is emotions that mostly control a person. Some would feel guarded while some would go with the flow.
Just like what they are doing now.
Nino has his guard up while he is going with the flow. He understands why Nino has his guard up everytime he is around. He crushed the younger man's heart, afterall. Telling him he wants a breakup with a very lame reason you tease me way too much, i have pride too just because he needed a reason to break up with him, and saying i hope we can still be friends when he can clearly see that the younger man was still hurting and was still angry. That is why he is going with the flow right now. That is all he can do to at least ease the tension vibrating from Nino which is clearly aimed at him. The younger man clearly doesn't want him near so he stands or sits as far as possible from Nino. In front of the camera, he always accept all of Nino's teasing and let the other members joined in the fun afterward which he knows was just the members way of going in between them, a safety measure in case one of them would snap.
He has to admit, he misses Nino's company. How he wished they can go back to the way they were before, when they were just playing around and were just enjoying each other's company. Now, as the Director would yell Cut! Nino's guard is up again, and it is twice as before (and it made him feel sick as he imagine Nino's pain right now). And he will always fasten his steps toward their green room. And to at least, cover him, Jun and Aiba would walk at the same pace leaving Sho and him behind. And just before he can reach the green room, Nino has already had his bag on his shoulder, already on his way out of the building with Aiba beside him. It has been two weeks and still the younger has been so fast when it comes on avoiding him. Opposite on Nino's behavior, he moves slower than usual. He always take his time with everything, maybe that is the reason why he is left all alone again in the green room. Ohno sits on the couch for a while, letting his mind wander as he stares on the wall.

"You're kidding!"
He heard Nino's whine behind Aiba's form who just opened the door of the green room. Another week has past, still Nino is avoiding him and still he let Nino be. Since their break up, it has been a usual thing to see this two together all the time. Ohno doesn't mind and he has no right to mind. Friends comfort each other and this is Aiba's way on comforting the younger, to not leave him alone.
"I am not kidding!" Aiba turned around to smack Nino in the head, making the younger wince and pout at him. "Good morning!" Aiba chirped, looking at the other members inside the room. He then grabbed Nino's arm and drag him towards the chair Sho was sitting. Sho vacated the chair on the spot then took Nino from Aiba, letting him sit on his chair. "I can't just let you work without eating anything, can I?" Aiba said, taking something from his bag which turned out, food.
"That's my line, Masaki." Sho answered with a frown as he stares at Aiba who just laughed at him.
"Well then, you can feed Kazu if you want to" Aiba said fondly and Nino grunt his disapproval.
"Since when did you quarrel over food and Kazu?" Jun, who was listening to their conversation, asked.
"Just today. Oh, and Jun, do you have a medicine for colds?" Aiba asked, making Nino whine when he saw Jun on his feet, looking for the medicine kit on his bag.
"Here. Who is sick? You? Or it's you." Jun said, now that he looks closely, Nino is paler than before. Ohno glanced at them, intrigued. Unconsciously, he stands and started to walk toward them but stopped when Nino glared at him.
"Three is enough." Nino hissed angrily, "..no, I'm fine by myself." Nino added, standing up. He headed to the door but stopped when he heard Sho's pleading voice, calling his name. "Fine, one is enough.. Come here, Sho-chan." he mumbled defeatedly. With his face down, Sho threw a hand around his shoulder, and they exited the green room together.
"I'm sorry, Leader.." Aiba said, smiling lightly at Ohno who is wearing a frown "he still has his guard up. He is not numb yet."
"Masaki" Jun growled and glare at Aiba who just look at him innocently. When Aiba managed to understand what he just said earlier, he quickly apologozied to Ohno "Ah! Sorry! I didn't mean it like that, Leader.."
"It's okay, Aiba-chan. I understand.. I understand." Ohno replied, smiling sadly at Aiba and Jun. "it's my fault.. I ended our almost four year relationship... it's all my fault. I was the one who confessed.. and insisted that we should try but.. i was also the one who confessed to end it all."
"Leader..."
"But I really want him to forgive me.. I really want to be his friend again.."
"If you want forgiveness and if you want to befriend him again, you must try hard.. harder than what you did this past three weeks." Jun said sharply, not once looking at Ohno as he, too, exited the room.
"Don't worry about Jun, Leader. He is just really worried about Kazu, about you, about everything.."
"I'm fine, Masaki. But Jun is right.. Thanks for the concern"

"Kazu.." Sakurai encircled his arms around him and hold him close. Once they exited the room, Nino break down and he hastily look for a vacated room just to let Nino cry freely. He patted the younger's head, and hold him close. He doesn't know what to say because Nino cannot be fixed with words right now. As Nino cries on his chest, he thought about Nino's schedule and cursed inwardly when he remembers that the younger has work 'till evening. Nino has a fever and Nino is crying which will result to puffy eyes later and he can't stop himself from cursing again. The door suddenly opened which made Nino stiff. "Don't worry.. It's just Jun." He softly told Nino.
Jun took some big steps toward the two. "Hey." He said, tapping Nino in the shoulder. Sho hastily took the bottle of water and medicine from Jun's hands when Nino turned around and bury his face into Jun's chest. Opposite to people's beliefs, these two are much closer than Aiba and Nino. Nino cry harder now that Jun is around making the youngest member sigh as he rubbed Nino's back comfortingly. Sho on the other hand is checking for something on his phone.
"J.." Nino's muffled voice reached Jun's ear.
"Hm?" Jun said, still rubbing the back of his friend.
"He just let me fall for him.. I should have known he would just fall out of love.. I should have known he would just leave me in the end.. I should have known he would get tired of me.. I should have known" Jun suddenly hit him on the head, making him shed for another bucket of tears.
"Badmouth yourself again and I'll beat you up here." Jun said harshly but tightened his hold around Nino
".... I should have known no one will fall in love as much as how I fall in love.. I should have known they are all just the same.. I should have known.. but maybe I did know that would happen because.. when he said we are done, i just told him okay.. okay.. so maybe I did know that in the end it'll only be me and me alo.."
"Kazu.. stopped it. We are here. We are all here for you always. We love you. Aren't we enough?" Jun said, voice cracking. He heard Nino sniffed and he added "Leader said, he would do anything for you to forgive him. For the both of you to be friends again."
"No!" Nino shouted, looking up to look at Jun's face, horrified "J.. we can't go back.. we can't go back from before."
"Try, Kazu. You should try..."
"I gave so much... I love him so so much.. I can't get over him that easily.. J, he thinks it is easy to forget.. No it's not." Nino whispered, eyes widening as he speak "No, it's not easy, J.. it hurts.. so much" The last words that he said were muffled when Jun crashed his face on his chest again. "It hurts.. so much" he said, crying..
"Shh.. Hush now, Kazu. Just remember. We won't leave you.. we won't."
"I know.."

"Sho-chan.. where is Kazu and Jun?" Aiba asked, when Sho entered the room alone.
"When we were told the filming was cancelled. Jun decided to take Kazu home since he is sick. We thought it'd be better for him to rest at his apartment than stay here and let him sprawl on the sofa before his next schedule." Sakurai casually said as he took his things and put it on his bag. "And I will go home too to sleep for a bit. I haven't slept yet, filming ended late so I told my manager to send me here directly. I must say, I'm glad they cancelled today's filming.. bye Masaki, bye Satoshi-kun."
"Bye Sho-kun" "Bye Sho-chan"
"In the end, Kazu didn't eat the food I made for him...ah. Leader! You can--"
" Sorry, I'm full and I need to go home too." Ohno hastily said as he took his things on the table. Opening the door, he turned to wave at Aiba before closing it behind him.
"I guess.. I'll just visit Kazu-chan." Aiba murmured.

He appreciates Jun's effort on taking him home, cooking some food for him to eat, on letting him take his medicine, and on not leaving him till he fell asleep. But now, now that he is all alone again, his mind wanders back to Ohno, when Ohno said they are done, when Ohno acted as if they were still okay, when Ohno just let him be, when Ohno.. He should really be grateful that Ohno is letting him be angry at him, letting him ignore him, and letting him talk harshly at him. He understands Ohno is taking the blame that's why he is letting him be. What Ohno doesn't know, he too is blaming himself for everything. He is blaming himself for falling too much. He is blaming himself for crying over Ohno when the older didn't even shed a tear for him. He is blaming himself for letting Ohno took the blame when it is all his fault why Ohno fell out of love. Maybe he did really pushed Ohno on the edge. Did he become possessive? Did he become obsessed? Was he a bad lover? Was he-- Nino's concentration was cut-off when his doorbell rang. Maybe it was his manager? He looked on the clock and realized he is an hour early. The doorbell rang again when he was on his way to the door.
"You're ear- what are you doing here?"
"I was worr-- Kazu please" Ohno begged with difficulty, his two hands pushing on the door preventing Nino on closing it.
"We are done! You said so yourself so why are you here?! Go away!" Nino shouted, tears starting to blur his vision.
"I know that. But I am worried. I am here as a friend. Ka-" Ohno stumbled forward when the weight on the door was gone. He looked up and saw Nino trying to wipe his tears with the back of his hand.
"No. Satoshi. If you would like us to be like before, you should at least let me move on! You.. you said it so suddenly. I didn't even manage to at least hit you in the face. You let me fall for you, hard. You shouldn't have told me you love me in the first place, Satoshi.. you know the consequences and I'm so stupid I shouldn't have let you.. I shouldn't have let this.." Nino tapped his chest "I shouldn't have let this fall for you.. I should have listened to my brain. Now off you go because I do not want you close to me anymore" he hissed angrily, tears flowing from his eyes, he pointed a finger to his door. Suddenly, his phone rang , it's his manager. "You are already here? Okay, I'm coming." He glance (or glare) at Ohno after putting his phone back to his pocket "get all of your things in this apartment. All, the gifts, the letters, the pictures, the clothes, all of them. If you do not want me to let Masaki send those things to you, you should get them now while I am giving you the reign in my apartment." Nino turned his back, not wanting to see Ohno's pained face "I am leaving now. I still have filming to do. Do it quick. I do not want to see you here ever again."
And then he left, leaving a bewildered Ohno in his apartment. Ohno didn't move from his place. He just stares at the door as if Nino will open it again. He just stares, unmoving, until the door was opened again by Aiba. Aiba gasped when he saw him inside staring at him.
"Leader.. what are you doing here?!" Aiba said, a bit angry or a bit concerned, Ohno doesn't know anymore. He fucked up. He knows that. He clearly knows that. Ohno managed to blink at Aiba when the younger made a move to hold him in the arms. "Leader.. I thought you understand what I told you this morning?" Aiba dragged him, let him sit on a chair and gave him a glass of water. "I saw Kazu on my way here and he told me to clean his apartment.."
".... to clean.. he did tell me to get all of the things I gave him." Ohno said, still staring at his glass of water. "I'm sorry, for coming here Masaki. I was just really worried..."
"You know that we can take care of him, Leader." Aiba said, as softly as he can as he looked at Ohno playing with his glass of water.
"I.. know. I know you can take good care of him.. but I.."
"It can't be helped. You were there everytime he was sick. You were there for him even before." Aiba knowingly said "... it has been a habit of yours.. but you need to stop that habit now. If you want Kazu to move on, then you should distance yourself from him. Give him time, show him that you don't care about him anymore.. maa, you are our Leader so you should care about us .. but as Kazu's friend who doesn't want to see him so heartbroken, please leave Kazu to us. He'll start talking to you as if nothing happened when he can't feel anything for you anymore.."
"Masaki.."
"Okay! Let's start with our cleaning now! I mean, I'll start with my cleaning and you can get all your things and then we'll cook dinner and I'll wait for him to let him eat. A good plan, right? Leave Kazu to us, Leader!" Aiba said cheerfully, the seriousness of his voice and expression that he just show Ohno earlier was gone, replaced by his usual cheery face and big smile.
They were in the middle of arranging Nino's living room when Aiba's phone rang. Ohno didn't go home after taking all of the things he gave to Nino, he helped Aiba on rearranging Nino's furniture, giving it a new look, he said. Ohno took Aiba's phone and gave it to the younger. Sho's manager is calling.
"Hello Yuki-san. Oh! Sho-chan! Yes? We are in Kazu-chan's apartment! What is it? Eh?" It was like a switch was pushed inside Aiba. His smiling face vanished in a sec. He flashed a nervous glance at Ohno who is looking at him curiously. Aiba moved and moved with his hand on his head. He is on the verge of crying when he ran to the entryway, looking for his shoes.
"Aiba-chan?" Right. He forgot. Ohno is here.
"Leader. We should go! K- Nishi-san is.. Come on, Leader!" Aiba clearly knows he is panicking when all he did was took all of the shoes and gave it to Ohno. He stands on the door, impatiently waiting for Ohno. And when Ohno finished tying his shoes, he opened the door harshly and closed it in front of Ohno. He opened it again then, saying sorry for closing it and drag the shock Ohno away from Nino's apartment.

"Clean the apartment, for me. Thanks Machan" Nino instructed when he saw Aiba in front of him when the elevator opened. Aiba nodded at him, told him goodbye and he continued walking to the parking lot.
"You look pale." His manager said when he entered the car.
"I'm sick. But I'm okay. I already took the medicines J prepared for me." Nino answered, without missing a beat. He then closed his eyes and leaned back on the headdress as he listened to the melody flowing through the radio.
"Ah, by the way, Nino. I managed to clean your schedules for tomorrow. Your flight tomorrow is on the afternoon. That'll give you time to prepare."
"Thanks Nishi-san. I haven't told them about the offer yet. I guess it'll be spread the day after tomorrow." Nino said, sighing
"Matsujun will not talk to you for a day again..." His manager said, chuckling when he remembered the member's reaction when Nino announced he is going to hollywood. He glanced at his charge and saw him smiling lightly, he thought maybe they are thinking of the same memory. "Nino, your seatbelt " he said, slowing the car because they are about to turn on a corner "Ni--
Nino heard his manager's curse before his mind registered the pain that he is feeling at the moment. There is something wet running through his face and he managed to blink his eyes and lift his head though just a little to see what happened. He saw a wrecked car two meters away from him, the windshield is broken and there is also another car in front of the wrecked car. An accident. He let out a soft and low grunt as he felt his energy decreasing on a fast pace. "Nishi-san.." Nino managed to utter his manager's name despite the fact that he is losing his consciousness already. Just before he could see darkness, he saw many feet running on his way.

They managed to reach their destination without leaving any accident behind. Ohno seems to be perplexed as they entered the Keio University Hospital while Aiba is still tongue-tied. The nurses are giving them a sympathetical look which made Ohno confused more and which made Aiba's tears flow. They are still far from the ER but they can clearly see Sakurai's figure and someone who looks like Sakurai's manager pacing alternatively in front of the glass door.
"Sho-chan" Aiba who started crying a while ago rushed directly to Sakurai, throwing his arms around him and start sobbing on his chest.
"What is going on?" Ohno demanded, he has been asking Aiba earlier but never got an answer. He stares at Aiba's back, then at Sakurai's face then averted his gaze to Sakurai's manager.
"Masaki... I'm such a bad friend." Sakurai started, which made his manager groan at him.
"What happened, Sho-chan?" Aiba asked, wiping his face with his shirt as he guided Sakurai to sit on the chairs outside the ER.
"We were filming not too far from the accident.. We were on a break and I thought of strolling around with Yuki-san.. I.. I was there. I saw everything.. with my own eyes" Sakurai whispered, eyes wide in disbelief. He turned his gaze from his hand to Aiba who is sitting beside him. "I saw everything, Masaki.. I saw how he .. I saw everything.. And I even thought of turning my back just because I was afraid with what I saw.."
"Sho-kun, I can't really understand what you are saying right now." Ohno, who is standing in front of them and was impatiently listening to Sakurai, voiced out. Sakurai suddenly stand from his seat and look at him angrily. "Sho-kun.."
"I said I saw how Nishi-san's car bumped with another car! I said I saw how Kazu get out from the windshield because of the impact! I said.. I said I saw the accident... Satoshi-kun, it happened.. in front of me.. I saw everything.. I said I even thought of turning my back because I was so shock and was afraid of what I saw... then Yuki-san was shouting Nino and ambulance and... it just sink on me that the familiar car was Nishi-san's car, that the familiar man who was lying on the pavement was our Kazu.. that.. the people who were involved in the accident, the people who I almost turned my back to..."
Aiba who is crying silently on the side, stands and hug Sakurai sideward. "Sho-chan, stop..."
Ohno blinked, dumbfounded "...Kazu?"
"Jun.. did you call Jun already?" Aiba managed to ask as he pulled Sakurai down on one of the chairs. He also pulled Ohno and made him sit beside Sakurai.
"Matsujun is still in the middle of filming his drama when I called, but I already told his manager. He'll break the news to him after filming." Sakurai's manager answered Aiba's question.
"He'll rush out if Jiro-san told him on the spot..." Aiba commented "How long have they been inside?"
"An hour already.. and I already called Nishi's wife. She is already on her way here."
"Kazu..?" Ohno muttered again, causing three pair of eyes to stare at him. He is still dumbfounded. He still cannot think clearly, his eyes is starting to get blurry and he doesn't know why.
"Satoshi-kun.." Sakurai called, covering Ohno's eyes with his handkerchief which made the older shiver, it finally sinked unto him.
"Kazu..." Ohno said, voice cracking and Aiba was instantly on his side while Sakurai was still holding the handkerchief covering his eyes. "... we are not yet friends again.. you haven't even forgiven me yet.. he'll stay, right Sho-kun? Masaki?"
"He'll stay.. I am sure of it.. It's our Kazu, after all." Aiba answered, voice full of hope.

After hours of waiting, the doctor told them the operation was successful but both Nishi and Nino should remain in the ER for monitoring because the next twelve hours is critical for them. Matsumoto arrived minutes after the doctor told them the news. He was about to lash out his anger at them for not telling him directly but stopped when Nishi's wife tearfully and happily told him that the operation was a success. That evening till the next morning, the accident was all over the news and it made them sick just by watching it all over and over again. The news captured how Nino was lying on the pavement and how the car was wrecked and it just made their blood boil in anger for letting that news be flashed all over and over again.
People in the entertainment world who are friends of Nino, (which some of them surprised the members, well they know that Nino has friends who are much older than him but they didn't thought some of those are the big names of the entertainment world.) send flowers and messages Get Well Soon! Hope to see you standing on the stage again. Hope to see your face on TV again to them. People from their agency too, their seniors and juniors who are close to Nino are also sending messages. Ikuta Toma, Kokubon Taichi, Nagase Tomoya, Nishikido Ryo, Maruyama Ryuhei, Nakai Masahiro, Tackey, Tsubasa, or even Ogura Tomoaki would visit Nino and talk to him (even if he's still asleep) for a while or just be there to take care of him when the Arashi members can't come because of work. Arashi members are really grateful about that because they see Nino as Nino himself, not the sharp man who always cut other people in front of the camera. Nino's mother or sometimes other family members are also their to take good care of Nino while he is still deep asleep.
It has been a week but still Nino hasn't woken up yet. Nishi just woke up yesterday, still feeling hazy and a bit grumpy because of the pain his wounds are giving him, but at least he had woken up already. One week and four days, still Nino is asleep. All of them are getting worried. Ikuta and Nishikido has just left the room, leaving Ohno alone in the room, again. Among the members, he has the most free time so he always dedicate that time to Nino. His and Nino's breakup is now forgotten, and Ohno knows the members are also getting worried about him. He is aware of it, of everything that is happening inside him and of everything that is happening around him. How the others would look at him sadly everytime they would talk about Nino. How his heart would clench everytime he remembers their breakup. How his heart would flutter everytime he walked inside and stares at Nino's face. How his heart would burn with jealousy everytime Nino's visitors would talk fondly and lovingly at Nino. He is aware of everything his body is doing and he is not making a move to stop it. He is aware of it, really. He is aware of it that he tried thinking whether what he feels is geniune or just a product of a leader worrying about a member. He is aware that he is not capable of thinking too much so he just let his emotions be. And he is also aware that his emotions are about to burst if Nino won't still open his eyes, it has already been two weeks, afterall. Two weeks and five days, his emotions reached its peak, just after the last visitor closed the door, just after he begged the nurse (again for the nth time) to let him sleep inside Nino's room, he cried himself to sleep as he took Nino's hand on his own, holding it while praying to the Gods to let him wake up.
Nino opened his eyes, blinking the haziness slowly when his vision caught black hair. He stares, he tried to speak but he couldn't find his voice. He is wearing an oxygen mask, it made him frown. He tried moving his hand to wake the sleeping form of their Leader but he couldn't move and his eyes are getting heavy so he closed it again and let himself drift to the sea of unconsciousness. When he opened his eyes again, no one is around the room. It made Nino frown. The oxygen mask is still there and also something is beeping loud inside the room. Am I in the hospital? He looked around the room, I am in the hospital.. but why? Someone opened the door and he blinked, looking at his sudden visitor Maru.. he recognized the guy. Maruyama stared at him with disbelief and Nino too stared at him, not looking at anything but at Maruyama. Then he got annoyed, he furrowed his brows when Maruyama just stands on the door, still looking at him with wide eyes.
"NINO!" Maruyama shouted, a big grin plastered on his face. He stepped inside the room but stop and stepped backwards "I'll call the doctor. Ah right. there's a button here." Maruyama rushed inside and pushed a button right beside Nino's bed. "Ninomiya-san is now awake." And with that he looked at Nino with that big grin as he took a sit on the chair next to Nino's bed. " We were all worried! Right, I should tell the Arashi mem--" Maruyama stopped talking and stopped fiddling with his phone when he saw Nino struggling to speak "hm? What is it, Nino?"
Nino confusedly stares at his face, then without thinking, he said "Maru, you look matured.. or is it just because of your hair?" Maruyama laughed at him. Nino was about to ask another question when the door opened, and his friend suddenly stands to greet the guy, his doctor perhaps. Maruyama moved and let the doctor and nurses examine Nino. They asked him questions and he answered it confidently. Though, Nino thought he answered it wrongly when he saw Maruyama's shock face and caught the doctor and nurses sharing a meaningful glance. Maruyama was brought back to life when his phone rang and he answered it directly, dashing outside the room only to be back in a second, with the rest of Arashi members behind him whose faces or maybe just because of the hairstyles are different than before. Before the members can step toward Nino, the doctor all called their attention, leaving Nino inside, alone and more confuse.

"Something's wrong with Nino.." Maruyama voiced out, when they entered the office of Nino's doctor. The Arashi members instantly looked at him.
"What did he tell you, Maruyama-san?" Nino's doctor asked, and the Arashi members looked back and forth at the both of them.
"He told me I look matured.. I just laughed at it but.." Maruyama fidgeted and stares at Nino's doctor to explain it to the others.
"It seems like Ninomiya-san has an amnesia."
As long as it is out from the doctor's mouth, their jaws dropped as they stare, dumbstricken "he doesn't have any memories from late 2007 till this year. With his latest memory, he said he was working with Sakurai-san in Yamada Taro Monogatari."
"Kazu..." the four said in sync and then they all fall silent until Sakurai talk again "What are we going to do, sensei?"
"We need to tell him the truth."

"Kazu-chan~" Aiba called, jumping on his way toward Nino's bed. While the others laughed at his action, Nino furrowed his brows at Aiba. "What? You are not happy to see me?"
"Ma-chan, we played baseball yesterday."
"Kazu--"
"And why am I here? I must say you guys are hiding something from me. I can sense it. Something is wrong, what is it? And where is Maru? I still have questions that he needs to answer.
"Kazu--" Sakurai called him again and this time, he managed to get the attention of the younger. Once the younger's eyes are settled on him, he directly said the truth "you had an accident. Nishi-san and you had an accident..." he started and when he saw that Nino is preventing himself to interrupt him, he continued "..you were asleep for almost three weeks.. and it's not year 2007, Kazu.. It's already 2013 right now."
Nino's eyes widened at his revelation. Nino tried to open his mouth to speak but closed it again when he has nothing to say. He just let his eyes wander at Sakurai, looking at him from head to toe before going to Aiba, still looking at him from head to toe. He also did the same with Matsumoto and Ohno. And when he cannot find something fishy from them, he stared at them, horrified.
"Six years... shit. I lost my six years worth of memory."
"Kazu.." Ohno called, his voice was uncharacteristically high. When the others looked at him they just noticed he is crying. Seeing their Leader cry, Aiba jumped at Nino and cry on his lap.
"Ma-chan.."
"I miss you, Kazu.. I really did.. I was scared when you didn't wake up. I thought you won't wake up anymore.." Aiba said, crying.
Nino felt sorry though at the same time confused. He looked around then and saw Matsujun and Sakurai doing their best not to cry in front of him. He smiled at them sweetly and opened his arms, gesturing for them to come closer and they did. Matsujun took big steps and let himself fall on Nino's opened arms. Nino let him cry on his chest while Sho hugged him sideward and cried on his shoulder. He looked over then, he looked and saw Ohno still looking at him, tears running on his cheeks as he stares at Nino.
"Oh-chan" he called and saw the flash of nervousness that coated the older's figure. Sho let go of him, so does Jun who took Aiba from his lap. The action did confuse him more but what important now is to comfort their Leader. He opened his arms again "Come here, Oh-chan." He called and Ohno managed to reach him with two big steps. "I'm sorry.. for sleeping that long" Nino said, not just to Ohno but to the other members as well.

Morning comes. Nino just finished eating his breakfast which was made by his mother when the door opened, revealing Aiba.
"Good morning, Ka--" Aiba waved his hand, walking happily only to be pushed by the people who came with Aiba
"NINOOOOOO! GOOOD MOOORNING!" Nagase and Kokubun greeted loudly with smiles so wide. "GOOOD MORNING!" Nakai, Maruyama, Ikuta, and Nishikido also said, loudly, as they entered the room.
"It's not good anymore.." Nino whined but laughed at his visitors
"NINOOOOOOOOO!" Kokubon suddenly said loudly, and wave his hand as if Nino was too far from him when in fact he is standing beside Nino's bed.
"Taichi-kun, you are too noisy! Ah, as what I thought, it's not a good morning anymore..."
"NINOOOOO!" Nagase said, copying Kokubon
"Ma-chan why did you let this old guys in. You should've left them in a ddifferent room.."
"Right, why did you let this old guys in, Aiba-kun?" Nakai said as innocently as he can and Nino find himself smiling as he scanned the faces of his visitors. And the reason that these guys are here, is because he is closely knit with them. It made Nino wonders what kind of memories they shared.
"Hey, you are spacing out" Nino was pulled back from his wondering, he looked and found himself face to face with matured Ikuta Toma. He knows he should really try to not get shocked, but still it surprises him. "Oh, sorry. We heard about your amnesia.. Nino, do I really look too old?" Ikuta added, making a face and it made Nino laugh, his voice filled the room and was followed by bickering and some Nagase-Kokubon battle where they would share their memories they had with Nino and would let Nino judged who is the most nice and most friendly senpai, though it ended with Nino choosing Nakai-kun because he brought a game with him. They all talked and Nino felt he didn't have fun for a long time. His heart warming with happiness as he looked at them. They played games though Nino just watch from his bed and they were about to play another game with Nino when the nurse (which turned out to be Nishikido's sister) told them (politely when she entered Nino's room) that they are too noisy so they stopped. They all spend the day with Nino in his room. Aiba went to his shooting around noon and told Nino that he'll come back later.
It's already dark and Aiba is not yet around and the others are still crowding inside his room (except from Nishikido and Ikuta who went out to buy something) so Nino tried to shoo his visitors away. It's clear that they are all exhausted and maybe even hungry, but they refused and told Nino they won't leave not until Aiba arrives.
"Where is Aiba? Nino hasn't yet eaten anything for dinner." Kokubon asked, as he fiddles on his phone "..and Nino, you don't like hospital foods, right?"
"I'm good, Taichi-kun. But you guys should go now, eat, and rest. Day-off is over, you still have work tomorrow so it's better if you all go now."
"Ninooo" Nagase started, but was cut-off by Maruyama who shouted excitedly.
" Ah! A message from Aiba-kun, Hi Maru! Please tell Kazu that the filming just ended now and we are on our way to the car. We'll go there now. Sorry, but please don't leave him alone... looks like, you can't shoo us off, Nino.." Maruyama added, grinning proudly at Nino.
"But this is my room!" Nino whined, pouted, and was about to sulk when the door opened, revealing Nishikido and Ikuta. "We bought pizza and hamburger. Who is hungry?" Ikuta said, smiling wide as he lift the food in his hand.
"Me!" they all raised their hands just like a kid would do. Even Nino, who wanted to sulk just now, became hyper when he heard his favorite food.
"Okay, we are all hungry? Let's give priority to the man struggling in bed." Nishikido jokingly said, grinning wide as he walked toward an excited Nino who clapped his hands and said I'm glad I'm still in bed. "Here's your hamburger, sir. And... your pizza" he added with difficulty as he opened the box and took two slices of pizza for Nino.
"Oi! Nagase-kun, Nakai-kun! We bought enough food so don't fight over food!" Nishikido and Nino heard Ikuta whining and they laughed when they saw their two senpai nudging each other's shoulder and mouthing your fault while making some faces. Their other senpai, Kokubon in the other hand, is busy chatting with Maruyama about people should not fight, ne. and a senpai should be a good role model ne. they should not fight over food ne, maru. After giving the people lounging in the sofa their foods, Ikuta walked toward the bed and sits beside Nino's bed, Nishikido sitting beside him. Nino raised a brow at them "..Since you still can feel pain and you look so lonely eating here alone... is that the answer to your question?" Ikuta asked, smiling
"What? I didn't ask you a question" Nino answered, grinning at Ikuta as he took a bite of his hamburger.
When the rest of Arashi arrived, Nino's visitors were already asleep on the sofa, snoring not so loudly. It's a funny scene, actually. Nagase-kun and Nakai-kun sharing a sofa (when in fact, there are four sofas in the room), their heads touching as they snore. Kokubon is occupying most of the space on the other sofa, his feet resting on Maruyama's (sleeping stiffly on the sofa with mouth open) lap. And Nino is there on his bed with Ikuta and Nishikido on his side, staring intently at the laptop in front of them, watching a movie perhaps. Nino waved a hand without glancing at them. "You are all here..." Nino said when they reached him. Ikuta and Nishikido turned to smile at them, then looked back on the screen.
"GANTZ?" Sakurai asked, amused. And Nino nodded. He looked at Sakurai and grins.
"It's so cool." Nino said with a laugh, pointing a finger to the screen.
"It's cooler for us because we are watching the movie beside the actor" Nishikido said with a grin and they all laugh.
"Oh! Aiba! You are already here" Nagase shouted from the sofa. "We fell asleep listening to Nino's song..." he excused, grinning at Nino who glared at him.
"You fell asleep because you were being hyper." Maruyama interrupted and Nagase gave him a look you fell asleep too idiot
"Maa, maa. You can go now. Sleep on a relaxing bed. Now off you go" Nino said, eyes still glued on the laptop.

Nino thought they went home already when he fell asleep but he was surprised when he saw them lounging on the sofa, comfortably as if they were at the green room. They all have scripts in their hands, foods on the table and blankets around them. Nino stares at them, amused before he let out a laugh that destroyed the concentration of the four.
"Sorry for disturbing... but really? You are going to stay here instead of going home? It's already past the visiting hours.. Why didn't they kick you out?"
" Do you really think they won't let us here if we asked?" Jun asked, smiling meaningfully at him and Nino laugh again, the others following him and they all end up laughing instead of reading their scripts.
"Ahh. Today was fun. I've been laughing the whole day.."
" I'm glad you said that! I was worried when I left.." Aiba exclaimed and put down his script. "That's all for today. I'm going to sleep now.. Kazu, you should go back to sleep too, it's already late." Aiba added, glancing at Nino.
"I won't go back to sleep if they won't sleep." Nino said, pointing his lips to Jun, Sho, and Ohno, who are still holding a script. The three looked at each other before they looked at Nino and made a face. "I'm serious." he answered, kicking his blanket because his left arm is still on cast.
"Where are you going?" Aiba asked, rushing beside Nino who is now wearing his slippers. Aiba took Nino's crutches and gave it to him. "Comfort room? I'll accompany you."
"Ma-chan, go back to the sofa and sleep, okay?" Nino said, guiding Aiba back to the sofa.
The others whine at Aiba and told him to guide Nino back to his bed not the other way around but Nino just glared at them so they let Nino do what he wants. Nino pushed Aiba to the sofa, let him lay there and pulled his blanket over him. The gesture made their hearts melt and they smiled warmly (while Aiba grins) at Nino. "Now, sleep, okay? Being stuck here, this is the least I can do." he said softly and kissed Aiba on the forehead. Aiba in return kissed him on the cheek. "Yuck. Good night Ma-chan." Nino said, but smiles at Aiba, giving him his stuff bear to hug. Nino turned around and find the three of them smiling fondly at him. "Okay, don't smile at me like that. Sho-chan, sleep." Nino commanded, walking slowly toward Sho. Just like what he did to Aiba, he pushed Sho lightly, and put the script away, out of his reach. Sho laughed softly at him but let Nino cover him with his blanket. "Good night, Sho-chan" he said and kiss him on the forehead.
"Good night, Kazu" Sho said, kissing Nino lightly on the nose. It made Nino giggle.
"Jun-kun" Nino singsonged walking toward their youngest who was already lying down and already has his blanket over him, glaring at him.
" No need, Kazu." Jun said sharply but his eyes are soft. Nino just laughed at him and proceeded on walking toward him.
"Good night, J" Nino said, kissing him on the forehead. Jun hugged him and kissed him on the forehead too. When Nino glanced at Ohno, the older was looking at him. "Oh-chan, good night" he said, grinning at him. He just passed by at him which made the three laugh. Nino looked at them again "Hey! Sleep, already" he said with a laugh. Ohno pouted but lie down nevertheless. Nino throw his blanket all over him and Ohno just sighed at the action. Nino walked toward the door and switched off the lights. He then headed to the comfort room to brush his teeth and to pee.
After finishing, he opened the door. Nino was about to switched the comfort room's light off when he caught eyes looking at him. He giggled softly as he switched off the light. Nino headed back to the sofa where Ohno is and patted him on the head. "Oh-chan, you are not sleeping. You should sleep, see?" Nino said, pointing at his back, "They are already asleep. So much for saying they are not sleepy" he added softly and smiles down at Ohno. Nino covered Ohno with his blanket properly and leaned down. "Good night, Oh-chan" he said and kiss him lightly on the nose. Nino was grinning when Ohno pouted at him but fell silent when Ohno leaned and caught his lips for a second.
"Good night Kazu" Ohno said, laughing at Nino's reaction. Though inside, he was nervous. He shouldn't do that, it was a reflex, being with the younger for almost for years, it became a reflex that whenever Nino would do that to him, he'll kiss him on the lips.
"Such a tease!" Nino answered when he recovered from shock. He then shook his head and said "Don't do that again, you tease." with a grin. He patted Ohno's head one more time before he took his crutches and walk back to his bed. Nino was dumbfounded. Okay. More than that actually. He admits, they kissed playfully at concerts, or at their variety shows but they never, ever do that privately. Or did they? Probably because he lost his memories, right? But that can't be. Nino can still feel Ohno's lips at him. And that is bad..
Nino woke up in the morning feeling happy at the same time afraid. He scanned the room, he was searching for something that he forgot and when his eyes caught the sight of a phone and note beside his bed, he remembers the others slept in the hospital, though that is all he can remember. Nino took the phone and read the note
Sorry Kazu! We wanted to wake you up but it was still too early for you to wake up so we didn't do it. We are going to be gone for two days. On-location filming. We really really wanted to visit you everyday... don't worry, this is only for two days. We'll bring you something, okay? And also, we thought of giving you a new phone since yours was broken. we already put our phone numbers and our managers' numbers in there, just in case. Nishi-san will come later to take care of you. "Get well soon! We miss you!" the staffs wanted to say that. Is this long already? :D Message us, okay?
Masaki
"Really, trust Aiba to give you a long note." Nino said and started fiddling with his new phone. It has games on it Masaki he grins, he knows Aiba was the one who installed all the games. He glanced at his watch, any minute now his mother will visit him. He feels sorry for his mother, she seems too fragile now than before, wrinkles visible and he then thought how much the accident hurt her. Nino sighs and promised himself to do something for his mother when he'll be discharged.
Nino is disturbed. Nishi told him what happened on the day of the accident. He also said that the director of the movie (he had already told Nino that he was on their way to the filming when the accident happened) doesn't want anyone to be Kagura Ryohei so the shooting was put on-hold. And they are all waiting for Nino to recover and be back on set. Gladly, the director knows his condition right now. Nino's amnesia has been hidden in the public. But that doesn't mean that he is not disturbed, not bothered with his memory lost. Not once did he voice it out, he is scared damn it with everything. And he miss being with Arashi members. No matter how much he says he likes it here because he is too lazy to go out won't satisfy him. He wants to be released in the hospital, to be back on filming again, to be back in front of a camera, though he still has some problem. It tires him. Being stuck in the hospital is so tiring..

A/N: The idea came up after reading Break Up, Truth and Proposal fic written by
ica_90 (I am celebrating right now 'cause at last, I found her lj account. :D ) She might be wondering right now why she's tagged here. :D Hi! I was inspired by your fic. :) I read it at archiveofourown site and I thought I should write a fic related to it. XD This is not really a continuation of your fic.. this is more like a whole new story X'D I used Ohno's reason on breaking up and some of Nino's words when they were inside the elevator.People fall in love. People fall out of love. People fall in love again. And the cycle goes on. Between two people, one would feel guilt for falling out of love and one would feel betrayed and hurt. It is a cycle that people cannot stop from happening. There will always be someone who would feel hurt, someone who would feel guilt or someone who would feel regret. One would blame the other or one would blame one's self. It is how human is. It is emotions that mostly control a person. Some would feel guarded while some would go with the flow.
Just like what they are doing now.
Nino has his guard up while he is going with the flow. He understands why Nino has his guard up everytime he is around. He crushed the younger man's heart, afterall. Telling him he wants a breakup with a very lame reason you tease me way too much, i have pride too just because he needed a reason to break up with him, and saying i hope we can still be friends when he can clearly see that the younger man was still hurting and was still angry. That is why he is going with the flow right now. That is all he can do to at least ease the tension vibrating from Nino which is clearly aimed at him. The younger man clearly doesn't want him near so he stands or sits as far as possible from Nino. In front of the camera, he always accept all of Nino's teasing and let the other members joined in the fun afterward which he knows was just the members way of going in between them, a safety measure in case one of them would snap.
He has to admit, he misses Nino's company. How he wished they can go back to the way they were before, when they were just playing around and were just enjoying each other's company. Now, as the Director would yell Cut! Nino's guard is up again, and it is twice as before (and it made him feel sick as he imagine Nino's pain right now). And he will always fasten his steps toward their green room. And to at least, cover him, Jun and Aiba would walk at the same pace leaving Sho and him behind. And just before he can reach the green room, Nino has already had his bag on his shoulder, already on his way out of the building with Aiba beside him. It has been two weeks and still the younger has been so fast when it comes on avoiding him. Opposite on Nino's behavior, he moves slower than usual. He always take his time with everything, maybe that is the reason why he is left all alone again in the green room. Ohno sits on the couch for a while, letting his mind wander as he stares on the wall.

"You're kidding!"
He heard Nino's whine behind Aiba's form who just opened the door of the green room. Another week has past, still Nino is avoiding him and still he let Nino be. Since their break up, it has been a usual thing to see this two together all the time. Ohno doesn't mind and he has no right to mind. Friends comfort each other and this is Aiba's way on comforting the younger, to not leave him alone.
"I am not kidding!" Aiba turned around to smack Nino in the head, making the younger wince and pout at him. "Good morning!" Aiba chirped, looking at the other members inside the room. He then grabbed Nino's arm and drag him towards the chair Sho was sitting. Sho vacated the chair on the spot then took Nino from Aiba, letting him sit on his chair. "I can't just let you work without eating anything, can I?" Aiba said, taking something from his bag which turned out, food.
"That's my line, Masaki." Sho answered with a frown as he stares at Aiba who just laughed at him.
"Well then, you can feed Kazu if you want to" Aiba said fondly and Nino grunt his disapproval.
"Since when did you quarrel over food and Kazu?" Jun, who was listening to their conversation, asked.
"Just today. Oh, and Jun, do you have a medicine for colds?" Aiba asked, making Nino whine when he saw Jun on his feet, looking for the medicine kit on his bag.
"Here. Who is sick? You? Or it's you." Jun said, now that he looks closely, Nino is paler than before. Ohno glanced at them, intrigued. Unconsciously, he stands and started to walk toward them but stopped when Nino glared at him.
"Three is enough." Nino hissed angrily, "..no, I'm fine by myself." Nino added, standing up. He headed to the door but stopped when he heard Sho's pleading voice, calling his name. "Fine, one is enough.. Come here, Sho-chan." he mumbled defeatedly. With his face down, Sho threw a hand around his shoulder, and they exited the green room together.
"I'm sorry, Leader.." Aiba said, smiling lightly at Ohno who is wearing a frown "he still has his guard up. He is not numb yet."
"Masaki" Jun growled and glare at Aiba who just look at him innocently. When Aiba managed to understand what he just said earlier, he quickly apologozied to Ohno "Ah! Sorry! I didn't mean it like that, Leader.."
"It's okay, Aiba-chan. I understand.. I understand." Ohno replied, smiling sadly at Aiba and Jun. "it's my fault.. I ended our almost four year relationship... it's all my fault. I was the one who confessed.. and insisted that we should try but.. i was also the one who confessed to end it all."
"Leader..."
"But I really want him to forgive me.. I really want to be his friend again.."
"If you want forgiveness and if you want to befriend him again, you must try hard.. harder than what you did this past three weeks." Jun said sharply, not once looking at Ohno as he, too, exited the room.
"Don't worry about Jun, Leader. He is just really worried about Kazu, about you, about everything.."
"I'm fine, Masaki. But Jun is right.. Thanks for the concern"

"Kazu.." Sakurai encircled his arms around him and hold him close. Once they exited the room, Nino break down and he hastily look for a vacated room just to let Nino cry freely. He patted the younger's head, and hold him close. He doesn't know what to say because Nino cannot be fixed with words right now. As Nino cries on his chest, he thought about Nino's schedule and cursed inwardly when he remembers that the younger has work 'till evening. Nino has a fever and Nino is crying which will result to puffy eyes later and he can't stop himself from cursing again. The door suddenly opened which made Nino stiff. "Don't worry.. It's just Jun." He softly told Nino.
Jun took some big steps toward the two. "Hey." He said, tapping Nino in the shoulder. Sho hastily took the bottle of water and medicine from Jun's hands when Nino turned around and bury his face into Jun's chest. Opposite to people's beliefs, these two are much closer than Aiba and Nino. Nino cry harder now that Jun is around making the youngest member sigh as he rubbed Nino's back comfortingly. Sho on the other hand is checking for something on his phone.
"J.." Nino's muffled voice reached Jun's ear.
"Hm?" Jun said, still rubbing the back of his friend.
"He just let me fall for him.. I should have known he would just fall out of love.. I should have known he would just leave me in the end.. I should have known he would get tired of me.. I should have known" Jun suddenly hit him on the head, making him shed for another bucket of tears.
"Badmouth yourself again and I'll beat you up here." Jun said harshly but tightened his hold around Nino
".... I should have known no one will fall in love as much as how I fall in love.. I should have known they are all just the same.. I should have known.. but maybe I did know that would happen because.. when he said we are done, i just told him okay.. okay.. so maybe I did know that in the end it'll only be me and me alo.."
"Kazu.. stopped it. We are here. We are all here for you always. We love you. Aren't we enough?" Jun said, voice cracking. He heard Nino sniffed and he added "Leader said, he would do anything for you to forgive him. For the both of you to be friends again."
"No!" Nino shouted, looking up to look at Jun's face, horrified "J.. we can't go back.. we can't go back from before."
"Try, Kazu. You should try..."
"I gave so much... I love him so so much.. I can't get over him that easily.. J, he thinks it is easy to forget.. No it's not." Nino whispered, eyes widening as he speak "No, it's not easy, J.. it hurts.. so much" The last words that he said were muffled when Jun crashed his face on his chest again. "It hurts.. so much" he said, crying..
"Shh.. Hush now, Kazu. Just remember. We won't leave you.. we won't."
"I know.."

"Sho-chan.. where is Kazu and Jun?" Aiba asked, when Sho entered the room alone.
"When we were told the filming was cancelled. Jun decided to take Kazu home since he is sick. We thought it'd be better for him to rest at his apartment than stay here and let him sprawl on the sofa before his next schedule." Sakurai casually said as he took his things and put it on his bag. "And I will go home too to sleep for a bit. I haven't slept yet, filming ended late so I told my manager to send me here directly. I must say, I'm glad they cancelled today's filming.. bye Masaki, bye Satoshi-kun."
"Bye Sho-kun" "Bye Sho-chan"
"In the end, Kazu didn't eat the food I made for him...ah. Leader! You can--"
" Sorry, I'm full and I need to go home too." Ohno hastily said as he took his things on the table. Opening the door, he turned to wave at Aiba before closing it behind him.
"I guess.. I'll just visit Kazu-chan." Aiba murmured.

He appreciates Jun's effort on taking him home, cooking some food for him to eat, on letting him take his medicine, and on not leaving him till he fell asleep. But now, now that he is all alone again, his mind wanders back to Ohno, when Ohno said they are done, when Ohno acted as if they were still okay, when Ohno just let him be, when Ohno.. He should really be grateful that Ohno is letting him be angry at him, letting him ignore him, and letting him talk harshly at him. He understands Ohno is taking the blame that's why he is letting him be. What Ohno doesn't know, he too is blaming himself for everything. He is blaming himself for falling too much. He is blaming himself for crying over Ohno when the older didn't even shed a tear for him. He is blaming himself for letting Ohno took the blame when it is all his fault why Ohno fell out of love. Maybe he did really pushed Ohno on the edge. Did he become possessive? Did he become obsessed? Was he a bad lover? Was he-- Nino's concentration was cut-off when his doorbell rang. Maybe it was his manager? He looked on the clock and realized he is an hour early. The doorbell rang again when he was on his way to the door.
"You're ear- what are you doing here?"
"I was worr-- Kazu please" Ohno begged with difficulty, his two hands pushing on the door preventing Nino on closing it.
"We are done! You said so yourself so why are you here?! Go away!" Nino shouted, tears starting to blur his vision.
"I know that. But I am worried. I am here as a friend. Ka-" Ohno stumbled forward when the weight on the door was gone. He looked up and saw Nino trying to wipe his tears with the back of his hand.
"No. Satoshi. If you would like us to be like before, you should at least let me move on! You.. you said it so suddenly. I didn't even manage to at least hit you in the face. You let me fall for you, hard. You shouldn't have told me you love me in the first place, Satoshi.. you know the consequences and I'm so stupid I shouldn't have let you.. I shouldn't have let this.." Nino tapped his chest "I shouldn't have let this fall for you.. I should have listened to my brain. Now off you go because I do not want you close to me anymore" he hissed angrily, tears flowing from his eyes, he pointed a finger to his door. Suddenly, his phone rang , it's his manager. "You are already here? Okay, I'm coming." He glance (or glare) at Ohno after putting his phone back to his pocket "get all of your things in this apartment. All, the gifts, the letters, the pictures, the clothes, all of them. If you do not want me to let Masaki send those things to you, you should get them now while I am giving you the reign in my apartment." Nino turned his back, not wanting to see Ohno's pained face "I am leaving now. I still have filming to do. Do it quick. I do not want to see you here ever again."
And then he left, leaving a bewildered Ohno in his apartment. Ohno didn't move from his place. He just stares at the door as if Nino will open it again. He just stares, unmoving, until the door was opened again by Aiba. Aiba gasped when he saw him inside staring at him.
"Leader.. what are you doing here?!" Aiba said, a bit angry or a bit concerned, Ohno doesn't know anymore. He fucked up. He knows that. He clearly knows that. Ohno managed to blink at Aiba when the younger made a move to hold him in the arms. "Leader.. I thought you understand what I told you this morning?" Aiba dragged him, let him sit on a chair and gave him a glass of water. "I saw Kazu on my way here and he told me to clean his apartment.."
".... to clean.. he did tell me to get all of the things I gave him." Ohno said, still staring at his glass of water. "I'm sorry, for coming here Masaki. I was just really worried..."
"You know that we can take care of him, Leader." Aiba said, as softly as he can as he looked at Ohno playing with his glass of water.
"I.. know. I know you can take good care of him.. but I.."
"It can't be helped. You were there everytime he was sick. You were there for him even before." Aiba knowingly said "... it has been a habit of yours.. but you need to stop that habit now. If you want Kazu to move on, then you should distance yourself from him. Give him time, show him that you don't care about him anymore.. maa, you are our Leader so you should care about us .. but as Kazu's friend who doesn't want to see him so heartbroken, please leave Kazu to us. He'll start talking to you as if nothing happened when he can't feel anything for you anymore.."
"Masaki.."
"Okay! Let's start with our cleaning now! I mean, I'll start with my cleaning and you can get all your things and then we'll cook dinner and I'll wait for him to let him eat. A good plan, right? Leave Kazu to us, Leader!" Aiba said cheerfully, the seriousness of his voice and expression that he just show Ohno earlier was gone, replaced by his usual cheery face and big smile.
They were in the middle of arranging Nino's living room when Aiba's phone rang. Ohno didn't go home after taking all of the things he gave to Nino, he helped Aiba on rearranging Nino's furniture, giving it a new look, he said. Ohno took Aiba's phone and gave it to the younger. Sho's manager is calling.
"Hello Yuki-san. Oh! Sho-chan! Yes? We are in Kazu-chan's apartment! What is it? Eh?" It was like a switch was pushed inside Aiba. His smiling face vanished in a sec. He flashed a nervous glance at Ohno who is looking at him curiously. Aiba moved and moved with his hand on his head. He is on the verge of crying when he ran to the entryway, looking for his shoes.
"Aiba-chan?" Right. He forgot. Ohno is here.
"Leader. We should go! K- Nishi-san is.. Come on, Leader!" Aiba clearly knows he is panicking when all he did was took all of the shoes and gave it to Ohno. He stands on the door, impatiently waiting for Ohno. And when Ohno finished tying his shoes, he opened the door harshly and closed it in front of Ohno. He opened it again then, saying sorry for closing it and drag the shock Ohno away from Nino's apartment.

"Clean the apartment, for me. Thanks Machan" Nino instructed when he saw Aiba in front of him when the elevator opened. Aiba nodded at him, told him goodbye and he continued walking to the parking lot.
"You look pale." His manager said when he entered the car.
"I'm sick. But I'm okay. I already took the medicines J prepared for me." Nino answered, without missing a beat. He then closed his eyes and leaned back on the headdress as he listened to the melody flowing through the radio.
"Ah, by the way, Nino. I managed to clean your schedules for tomorrow. Your flight tomorrow is on the afternoon. That'll give you time to prepare."
"Thanks Nishi-san. I haven't told them about the offer yet. I guess it'll be spread the day after tomorrow." Nino said, sighing
"Matsujun will not talk to you for a day again..." His manager said, chuckling when he remembered the member's reaction when Nino announced he is going to hollywood. He glanced at his charge and saw him smiling lightly, he thought maybe they are thinking of the same memory. "Nino, your seatbelt " he said, slowing the car because they are about to turn on a corner "Ni--
Nino heard his manager's curse before his mind registered the pain that he is feeling at the moment. There is something wet running through his face and he managed to blink his eyes and lift his head though just a little to see what happened. He saw a wrecked car two meters away from him, the windshield is broken and there is also another car in front of the wrecked car. An accident. He let out a soft and low grunt as he felt his energy decreasing on a fast pace. "Nishi-san.." Nino managed to utter his manager's name despite the fact that he is losing his consciousness already. Just before he could see darkness, he saw many feet running on his way.

They managed to reach their destination without leaving any accident behind. Ohno seems to be perplexed as they entered the Keio University Hospital while Aiba is still tongue-tied. The nurses are giving them a sympathetical look which made Ohno confused more and which made Aiba's tears flow. They are still far from the ER but they can clearly see Sakurai's figure and someone who looks like Sakurai's manager pacing alternatively in front of the glass door.
"Sho-chan" Aiba who started crying a while ago rushed directly to Sakurai, throwing his arms around him and start sobbing on his chest.
"What is going on?" Ohno demanded, he has been asking Aiba earlier but never got an answer. He stares at Aiba's back, then at Sakurai's face then averted his gaze to Sakurai's manager.
"Masaki... I'm such a bad friend." Sakurai started, which made his manager groan at him.
"What happened, Sho-chan?" Aiba asked, wiping his face with his shirt as he guided Sakurai to sit on the chairs outside the ER.
"We were filming not too far from the accident.. We were on a break and I thought of strolling around with Yuki-san.. I.. I was there. I saw everything.. with my own eyes" Sakurai whispered, eyes wide in disbelief. He turned his gaze from his hand to Aiba who is sitting beside him. "I saw everything, Masaki.. I saw how he .. I saw everything.. And I even thought of turning my back just because I was afraid with what I saw.."
"Sho-kun, I can't really understand what you are saying right now." Ohno, who is standing in front of them and was impatiently listening to Sakurai, voiced out. Sakurai suddenly stand from his seat and look at him angrily. "Sho-kun.."
"I said I saw how Nishi-san's car bumped with another car! I said I saw how Kazu get out from the windshield because of the impact! I said.. I said I saw the accident... Satoshi-kun, it happened.. in front of me.. I saw everything.. I said I even thought of turning my back because I was so shock and was afraid of what I saw... then Yuki-san was shouting Nino and ambulance and... it just sink on me that the familiar car was Nishi-san's car, that the familiar man who was lying on the pavement was our Kazu.. that.. the people who were involved in the accident, the people who I almost turned my back to..."
Aiba who is crying silently on the side, stands and hug Sakurai sideward. "Sho-chan, stop..."
Ohno blinked, dumbfounded "...Kazu?"
"Jun.. did you call Jun already?" Aiba managed to ask as he pulled Sakurai down on one of the chairs. He also pulled Ohno and made him sit beside Sakurai.
"Matsujun is still in the middle of filming his drama when I called, but I already told his manager. He'll break the news to him after filming." Sakurai's manager answered Aiba's question.
"He'll rush out if Jiro-san told him on the spot..." Aiba commented "How long have they been inside?"
"An hour already.. and I already called Nishi's wife. She is already on her way here."
"Kazu..?" Ohno muttered again, causing three pair of eyes to stare at him. He is still dumbfounded. He still cannot think clearly, his eyes is starting to get blurry and he doesn't know why.
"Satoshi-kun.." Sakurai called, covering Ohno's eyes with his handkerchief which made the older shiver, it finally sinked unto him.
"Kazu..." Ohno said, voice cracking and Aiba was instantly on his side while Sakurai was still holding the handkerchief covering his eyes. "... we are not yet friends again.. you haven't even forgiven me yet.. he'll stay, right Sho-kun? Masaki?"
"He'll stay.. I am sure of it.. It's our Kazu, after all." Aiba answered, voice full of hope.

After hours of waiting, the doctor told them the operation was successful but both Nishi and Nino should remain in the ER for monitoring because the next twelve hours is critical for them. Matsumoto arrived minutes after the doctor told them the news. He was about to lash out his anger at them for not telling him directly but stopped when Nishi's wife tearfully and happily told him that the operation was a success. That evening till the next morning, the accident was all over the news and it made them sick just by watching it all over and over again. The news captured how Nino was lying on the pavement and how the car was wrecked and it just made their blood boil in anger for letting that news be flashed all over and over again.
People in the entertainment world who are friends of Nino, (which some of them surprised the members, well they know that Nino has friends who are much older than him but they didn't thought some of those are the big names of the entertainment world.) send flowers and messages Get Well Soon! Hope to see you standing on the stage again. Hope to see your face on TV again to them. People from their agency too, their seniors and juniors who are close to Nino are also sending messages. Ikuta Toma, Kokubon Taichi, Nagase Tomoya, Nishikido Ryo, Maruyama Ryuhei, Nakai Masahiro, Tackey, Tsubasa, or even Ogura Tomoaki would visit Nino and talk to him (even if he's still asleep) for a while or just be there to take care of him when the Arashi members can't come because of work. Arashi members are really grateful about that because they see Nino as Nino himself, not the sharp man who always cut other people in front of the camera. Nino's mother or sometimes other family members are also their to take good care of Nino while he is still deep asleep.
It has been a week but still Nino hasn't woken up yet. Nishi just woke up yesterday, still feeling hazy and a bit grumpy because of the pain his wounds are giving him, but at least he had woken up already. One week and four days, still Nino is asleep. All of them are getting worried. Ikuta and Nishikido has just left the room, leaving Ohno alone in the room, again. Among the members, he has the most free time so he always dedicate that time to Nino. His and Nino's breakup is now forgotten, and Ohno knows the members are also getting worried about him. He is aware of it, of everything that is happening inside him and of everything that is happening around him. How the others would look at him sadly everytime they would talk about Nino. How his heart would clench everytime he remembers their breakup. How his heart would flutter everytime he walked inside and stares at Nino's face. How his heart would burn with jealousy everytime Nino's visitors would talk fondly and lovingly at Nino. He is aware of everything his body is doing and he is not making a move to stop it. He is aware of it, really. He is aware of it that he tried thinking whether what he feels is geniune or just a product of a leader worrying about a member. He is aware that he is not capable of thinking too much so he just let his emotions be. And he is also aware that his emotions are about to burst if Nino won't still open his eyes, it has already been two weeks, afterall. Two weeks and five days, his emotions reached its peak, just after the last visitor closed the door, just after he begged the nurse (again for the nth time) to let him sleep inside Nino's room, he cried himself to sleep as he took Nino's hand on his own, holding it while praying to the Gods to let him wake up.
Nino opened his eyes, blinking the haziness slowly when his vision caught black hair. He stares, he tried to speak but he couldn't find his voice. He is wearing an oxygen mask, it made him frown. He tried moving his hand to wake the sleeping form of their Leader but he couldn't move and his eyes are getting heavy so he closed it again and let himself drift to the sea of unconsciousness. When he opened his eyes again, no one is around the room. It made Nino frown. The oxygen mask is still there and also something is beeping loud inside the room. Am I in the hospital? He looked around the room, I am in the hospital.. but why? Someone opened the door and he blinked, looking at his sudden visitor Maru.. he recognized the guy. Maruyama stared at him with disbelief and Nino too stared at him, not looking at anything but at Maruyama. Then he got annoyed, he furrowed his brows when Maruyama just stands on the door, still looking at him with wide eyes.
"NINO!" Maruyama shouted, a big grin plastered on his face. He stepped inside the room but stop and stepped backwards "I'll call the doctor. Ah right. there's a button here." Maruyama rushed inside and pushed a button right beside Nino's bed. "Ninomiya-san is now awake." And with that he looked at Nino with that big grin as he took a sit on the chair next to Nino's bed. " We were all worried! Right, I should tell the Arashi mem--" Maruyama stopped talking and stopped fiddling with his phone when he saw Nino struggling to speak "hm? What is it, Nino?"
Nino confusedly stares at his face, then without thinking, he said "Maru, you look matured.. or is it just because of your hair?" Maruyama laughed at him. Nino was about to ask another question when the door opened, and his friend suddenly stands to greet the guy, his doctor perhaps. Maruyama moved and let the doctor and nurses examine Nino. They asked him questions and he answered it confidently. Though, Nino thought he answered it wrongly when he saw Maruyama's shock face and caught the doctor and nurses sharing a meaningful glance. Maruyama was brought back to life when his phone rang and he answered it directly, dashing outside the room only to be back in a second, with the rest of Arashi members behind him whose faces or maybe just because of the hairstyles are different than before. Before the members can step toward Nino, the doctor all called their attention, leaving Nino inside, alone and more confuse.

"Something's wrong with Nino.." Maruyama voiced out, when they entered the office of Nino's doctor. The Arashi members instantly looked at him.
"What did he tell you, Maruyama-san?" Nino's doctor asked, and the Arashi members looked back and forth at the both of them.
"He told me I look matured.. I just laughed at it but.." Maruyama fidgeted and stares at Nino's doctor to explain it to the others.
"It seems like Ninomiya-san has an amnesia."
As long as it is out from the doctor's mouth, their jaws dropped as they stare, dumbstricken "he doesn't have any memories from late 2007 till this year. With his latest memory, he said he was working with Sakurai-san in Yamada Taro Monogatari."
"Kazu..." the four said in sync and then they all fall silent until Sakurai talk again "What are we going to do, sensei?"
"We need to tell him the truth."

"Kazu-chan~" Aiba called, jumping on his way toward Nino's bed. While the others laughed at his action, Nino furrowed his brows at Aiba. "What? You are not happy to see me?"
"Ma-chan, we played baseball yesterday."
"Kazu--"
"And why am I here? I must say you guys are hiding something from me. I can sense it. Something is wrong, what is it? And where is Maru? I still have questions that he needs to answer.
"Kazu--" Sakurai called him again and this time, he managed to get the attention of the younger. Once the younger's eyes are settled on him, he directly said the truth "you had an accident. Nishi-san and you had an accident..." he started and when he saw that Nino is preventing himself to interrupt him, he continued "..you were asleep for almost three weeks.. and it's not year 2007, Kazu.. It's already 2013 right now."
Nino's eyes widened at his revelation. Nino tried to open his mouth to speak but closed it again when he has nothing to say. He just let his eyes wander at Sakurai, looking at him from head to toe before going to Aiba, still looking at him from head to toe. He also did the same with Matsumoto and Ohno. And when he cannot find something fishy from them, he stared at them, horrified.
"Six years... shit. I lost my six years worth of memory."
"Kazu.." Ohno called, his voice was uncharacteristically high. When the others looked at him they just noticed he is crying. Seeing their Leader cry, Aiba jumped at Nino and cry on his lap.
"Ma-chan.."
"I miss you, Kazu.. I really did.. I was scared when you didn't wake up. I thought you won't wake up anymore.." Aiba said, crying.
Nino felt sorry though at the same time confused. He looked around then and saw Matsujun and Sakurai doing their best not to cry in front of him. He smiled at them sweetly and opened his arms, gesturing for them to come closer and they did. Matsujun took big steps and let himself fall on Nino's opened arms. Nino let him cry on his chest while Sho hugged him sideward and cried on his shoulder. He looked over then, he looked and saw Ohno still looking at him, tears running on his cheeks as he stares at Nino.
"Oh-chan" he called and saw the flash of nervousness that coated the older's figure. Sho let go of him, so does Jun who took Aiba from his lap. The action did confuse him more but what important now is to comfort their Leader. He opened his arms again "Come here, Oh-chan." He called and Ohno managed to reach him with two big steps. "I'm sorry.. for sleeping that long" Nino said, not just to Ohno but to the other members as well.

Morning comes. Nino just finished eating his breakfast which was made by his mother when the door opened, revealing Aiba.
"Good morning, Ka--" Aiba waved his hand, walking happily only to be pushed by the people who came with Aiba
"NINOOOOOO! GOOOD MOOORNING!" Nagase and Kokubun greeted loudly with smiles so wide. "GOOOD MORNING!" Nakai, Maruyama, Ikuta, and Nishikido also said, loudly, as they entered the room.
"It's not good anymore.." Nino whined but laughed at his visitors
"NINOOOOOOOOO!" Kokubon suddenly said loudly, and wave his hand as if Nino was too far from him when in fact he is standing beside Nino's bed.
"Taichi-kun, you are too noisy! Ah, as what I thought, it's not a good morning anymore..."
"NINOOOOO!" Nagase said, copying Kokubon
"Ma-chan why did you let this old guys in. You should've left them in a ddifferent room.."
"Right, why did you let this old guys in, Aiba-kun?" Nakai said as innocently as he can and Nino find himself smiling as he scanned the faces of his visitors. And the reason that these guys are here, is because he is closely knit with them. It made Nino wonders what kind of memories they shared.
"Hey, you are spacing out" Nino was pulled back from his wondering, he looked and found himself face to face with matured Ikuta Toma. He knows he should really try to not get shocked, but still it surprises him. "Oh, sorry. We heard about your amnesia.. Nino, do I really look too old?" Ikuta added, making a face and it made Nino laugh, his voice filled the room and was followed by bickering and some Nagase-Kokubon battle where they would share their memories they had with Nino and would let Nino judged who is the most nice and most friendly senpai, though it ended with Nino choosing Nakai-kun because he brought a game with him. They all talked and Nino felt he didn't have fun for a long time. His heart warming with happiness as he looked at them. They played games though Nino just watch from his bed and they were about to play another game with Nino when the nurse (which turned out to be Nishikido's sister) told them (politely when she entered Nino's room) that they are too noisy so they stopped. They all spend the day with Nino in his room. Aiba went to his shooting around noon and told Nino that he'll come back later.
It's already dark and Aiba is not yet around and the others are still crowding inside his room (except from Nishikido and Ikuta who went out to buy something) so Nino tried to shoo his visitors away. It's clear that they are all exhausted and maybe even hungry, but they refused and told Nino they won't leave not until Aiba arrives.
"Where is Aiba? Nino hasn't yet eaten anything for dinner." Kokubon asked, as he fiddles on his phone "..and Nino, you don't like hospital foods, right?"
"I'm good, Taichi-kun. But you guys should go now, eat, and rest. Day-off is over, you still have work tomorrow so it's better if you all go now."
"Ninooo" Nagase started, but was cut-off by Maruyama who shouted excitedly.
" Ah! A message from Aiba-kun, Hi Maru! Please tell Kazu that the filming just ended now and we are on our way to the car. We'll go there now. Sorry, but please don't leave him alone... looks like, you can't shoo us off, Nino.." Maruyama added, grinning proudly at Nino.
"But this is my room!" Nino whined, pouted, and was about to sulk when the door opened, revealing Nishikido and Ikuta. "We bought pizza and hamburger. Who is hungry?" Ikuta said, smiling wide as he lift the food in his hand.
"Me!" they all raised their hands just like a kid would do. Even Nino, who wanted to sulk just now, became hyper when he heard his favorite food.
"Okay, we are all hungry? Let's give priority to the man struggling in bed." Nishikido jokingly said, grinning wide as he walked toward an excited Nino who clapped his hands and said I'm glad I'm still in bed. "Here's your hamburger, sir. And... your pizza" he added with difficulty as he opened the box and took two slices of pizza for Nino.
"Oi! Nagase-kun, Nakai-kun! We bought enough food so don't fight over food!" Nishikido and Nino heard Ikuta whining and they laughed when they saw their two senpai nudging each other's shoulder and mouthing your fault while making some faces. Their other senpai, Kokubon in the other hand, is busy chatting with Maruyama about people should not fight, ne. and a senpai should be a good role model ne. they should not fight over food ne, maru. After giving the people lounging in the sofa their foods, Ikuta walked toward the bed and sits beside Nino's bed, Nishikido sitting beside him. Nino raised a brow at them "..Since you still can feel pain and you look so lonely eating here alone... is that the answer to your question?" Ikuta asked, smiling
"What? I didn't ask you a question" Nino answered, grinning at Ikuta as he took a bite of his hamburger.
When the rest of Arashi arrived, Nino's visitors were already asleep on the sofa, snoring not so loudly. It's a funny scene, actually. Nagase-kun and Nakai-kun sharing a sofa (when in fact, there are four sofas in the room), their heads touching as they snore. Kokubon is occupying most of the space on the other sofa, his feet resting on Maruyama's (sleeping stiffly on the sofa with mouth open) lap. And Nino is there on his bed with Ikuta and Nishikido on his side, staring intently at the laptop in front of them, watching a movie perhaps. Nino waved a hand without glancing at them. "You are all here..." Nino said when they reached him. Ikuta and Nishikido turned to smile at them, then looked back on the screen.
"GANTZ?" Sakurai asked, amused. And Nino nodded. He looked at Sakurai and grins.
"It's so cool." Nino said with a laugh, pointing a finger to the screen.
"It's cooler for us because we are watching the movie beside the actor" Nishikido said with a grin and they all laugh.
"Oh! Aiba! You are already here" Nagase shouted from the sofa. "We fell asleep listening to Nino's song..." he excused, grinning at Nino who glared at him.
"You fell asleep because you were being hyper." Maruyama interrupted and Nagase gave him a look you fell asleep too idiot
"Maa, maa. You can go now. Sleep on a relaxing bed. Now off you go" Nino said, eyes still glued on the laptop.

Nino thought they went home already when he fell asleep but he was surprised when he saw them lounging on the sofa, comfortably as if they were at the green room. They all have scripts in their hands, foods on the table and blankets around them. Nino stares at them, amused before he let out a laugh that destroyed the concentration of the four.
"Sorry for disturbing... but really? You are going to stay here instead of going home? It's already past the visiting hours.. Why didn't they kick you out?"
" Do you really think they won't let us here if we asked?" Jun asked, smiling meaningfully at him and Nino laugh again, the others following him and they all end up laughing instead of reading their scripts.
"Ahh. Today was fun. I've been laughing the whole day.."
" I'm glad you said that! I was worried when I left.." Aiba exclaimed and put down his script. "That's all for today. I'm going to sleep now.. Kazu, you should go back to sleep too, it's already late." Aiba added, glancing at Nino.
"I won't go back to sleep if they won't sleep." Nino said, pointing his lips to Jun, Sho, and Ohno, who are still holding a script. The three looked at each other before they looked at Nino and made a face. "I'm serious." he answered, kicking his blanket because his left arm is still on cast.
"Where are you going?" Aiba asked, rushing beside Nino who is now wearing his slippers. Aiba took Nino's crutches and gave it to him. "Comfort room? I'll accompany you."
"Ma-chan, go back to the sofa and sleep, okay?" Nino said, guiding Aiba back to the sofa.
The others whine at Aiba and told him to guide Nino back to his bed not the other way around but Nino just glared at them so they let Nino do what he wants. Nino pushed Aiba to the sofa, let him lay there and pulled his blanket over him. The gesture made their hearts melt and they smiled warmly (while Aiba grins) at Nino. "Now, sleep, okay? Being stuck here, this is the least I can do." he said softly and kissed Aiba on the forehead. Aiba in return kissed him on the cheek. "Yuck. Good night Ma-chan." Nino said, but smiles at Aiba, giving him his stuff bear to hug. Nino turned around and find the three of them smiling fondly at him. "Okay, don't smile at me like that. Sho-chan, sleep." Nino commanded, walking slowly toward Sho. Just like what he did to Aiba, he pushed Sho lightly, and put the script away, out of his reach. Sho laughed softly at him but let Nino cover him with his blanket. "Good night, Sho-chan" he said and kiss him on the forehead.
"Good night, Kazu" Sho said, kissing Nino lightly on the nose. It made Nino giggle.
"Jun-kun" Nino singsonged walking toward their youngest who was already lying down and already has his blanket over him, glaring at him.
" No need, Kazu." Jun said sharply but his eyes are soft. Nino just laughed at him and proceeded on walking toward him.
"Good night, J" Nino said, kissing him on the forehead. Jun hugged him and kissed him on the forehead too. When Nino glanced at Ohno, the older was looking at him. "Oh-chan, good night" he said, grinning at him. He just passed by at him which made the three laugh. Nino looked at them again "Hey! Sleep, already" he said with a laugh. Ohno pouted but lie down nevertheless. Nino throw his blanket all over him and Ohno just sighed at the action. Nino walked toward the door and switched off the lights. He then headed to the comfort room to brush his teeth and to pee.
After finishing, he opened the door. Nino was about to switched the comfort room's light off when he caught eyes looking at him. He giggled softly as he switched off the light. Nino headed back to the sofa where Ohno is and patted him on the head. "Oh-chan, you are not sleeping. You should sleep, see?" Nino said, pointing at his back, "They are already asleep. So much for saying they are not sleepy" he added softly and smiles down at Ohno. Nino covered Ohno with his blanket properly and leaned down. "Good night, Oh-chan" he said and kiss him lightly on the nose. Nino was grinning when Ohno pouted at him but fell silent when Ohno leaned and caught his lips for a second.
"Good night Kazu" Ohno said, laughing at Nino's reaction. Though inside, he was nervous. He shouldn't do that, it was a reflex, being with the younger for almost for years, it became a reflex that whenever Nino would do that to him, he'll kiss him on the lips.
"Such a tease!" Nino answered when he recovered from shock. He then shook his head and said "Don't do that again, you tease." with a grin. He patted Ohno's head one more time before he took his crutches and walk back to his bed. Nino was dumbfounded. Okay. More than that actually. He admits, they kissed playfully at concerts, or at their variety shows but they never, ever do that privately. Or did they? Probably because he lost his memories, right? But that can't be. "Really, trust Aiba to give you a long note." Nino said and started fiddling with his new phone. It has games on it Masaki he grins, he knows Aiba was the one who installed all the games. He glanced at his watch, any minute now his mother will visit him. He feels sorry for his mother, she seems too fragile now than before, wrinkles visible and he then thought how much the accident hurt her. Nino sighs and promised himself to do something for his mother when he'll be discharged.
Nino is disturbed. Nishi told him what happened on the day of the accident. He also said that the director of the movie (he had already told Nino that he was on their way to the filming when the accident happened) doesn't want anyone to be Kagura Ryohei so the shooting was put on-hold. And they are all waiting for Nino to recover and be back on set. Gladly, the director knows his condition right now. Nino's amnesia has been hidden in the public.
